ARDA stands for Anglican Relief and Development Agency
ARDA is a wholly foreign owned private company in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The single shareholder of the company is the Anglican Diocese of Singapore. Expatriates working for ARDA are working for a private business and carry business visas.
ARDA is primarily an educational service provider. ARDA is licensed with all appropriate governmental bodies in the Lao PDR including ministry of Education as a private educational institution.
