Have been  working in China, Malaysia, Singapore and Laos for the past 24 years. Ian Dierden, most recently started an Agricultural business in Sangthong District of Vientiane. In 2022 he was selected to be the CEO of ARDA Laos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ian has been married for over 27 years and says his life\u2019s greatest joy has been to raise 3 children to adult hood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He enjoys working with the vocally and hearing impaired and is currently studying Lao sign language with his friends. His favorite pastimes are playing music with his wife, fishing, watching Australian football and competitive steel flip darts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

From hotels to coffee roasting, restaurants to language centers, Daniel Longkumer has done it all. His business acumen, focus on empowering employees, and wide scope of experience has enabled him to build thriving businesses in Laos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel has worked closely with ARDA since 2007. First as an English teacher at ARDA Luang Prabang and then as Center Manager of ARDA Savannakhet, which he helped start in 2017. In 2022, he was selected as the CEO for ARDA Laos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel is an avid sports fan and a passionate coffee connoisseur. He loves spending time with his wife, Christa, and their three boys, Imti, Temjen and Remzuk. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kipp Lor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In between getting his degrees Kipp was the director of a kids program for Milwaukee Rescue Mission from 2002-2004. In 2005 he became a Trauma Counselor and Training Coordinator for Food for the Hungry. He later became an English Teacher at ARDA Language Center in Laos. With all of his past experience Kipp is currently the director of ARDA Skills Center. He currently lives is Laos with his wife and six children, who enjoy playing soccer together.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

John has been able to work in different kinds of work. From 2002-2015 he helped with management at Water Cafes Inc. In between those times he was a Residencial Electrician at Current Electric. In August of 2017 he became an English Teacher at ARDA Language Center. Even though John has become the new Director of ARDA Language Center he still finds the time to teach English. He currently lives in Laos with his wife Amy and three children. He is currently finding different ways to reach out to the communities of Laos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rahul is the director of ARDA Luang Prabang. He has been managing the centre since 2017. Rahul is from India and has been living in Laos for over 12 years. Rahul is married to Phengsy who is from Luang Prabang Province. Rahul, Phengsy, and their daughter live in the city and are passionate about building meaningful relationships with ARDA students and others in the surrounding community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Headway Pre-Intermediate English Course-ARDA Language Center, etc. Jonni had received multiple certificates and qualifications. With her educational opportunities she started working at Thavision co. LTD as a designer in the sales department for a year. In 2009 she started working for ARDA Language Center as a Lao Teacher to foreigners. She continues to serve at ARDA in different ways and responsibilities.
